6: ‘Zine Teens: Art Magazines for the New Age, Ages 13-15
August 4 –
August 8, 1 pm – 4 pm; $130 Members, $160 Non Members
During this
week DCCA teens will learn how to make their own art ‘zines, from development
to publication. Fusing writing, drawing, design, photography, and printmaking,
these magazines can take many forms. Create a comic, a coloring book, a poetry
volume, a manifesto, the sky’s the limit. If you love blogging, you’ll love
making these DIY booklets.
